Exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to take the lead on a range of joinery projects. You'll get to see projects through from design to final handover, working closely with a variety of teams and clients. Your New JobYou'll manage several joinery projects at once, reporting to senior leadership. Your role covers everything from initial planning right through to client handover. Collaboration with design, production, and site teams is a key part of day-to-day life, ensuring each project is delivered on time, on budget, and up to the highest standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Oversee joinery projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Develop project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones
- Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and installation teams
- Act as the main liaison for clients and stakeholders
- Attend site and client meetings and oversee contract communications
- Manage project budgets, approve payments, and report on cost control
- Review technical drawings and ensure manufacturing aligns with project requirements
- Promote strong health & safety practices and review risk management plans
- Mentor junior staff and help refine project management processes
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management within joinery, fit-out, or construction
- Track record in managing bespoke joinery or interior fit-out projects
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills
- Excellent communication with clients and teams
- Confident with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, Microsoft Project)
- Degree/diploma in a relevant field preferred; joinery experience essential
- Full driving licence
