Salary / Rate: £60,000 to £75,000 per annum + car allowance, bonus, pension and other benefits.

Project Manager role in a large construction consulting firm in central London.

Lead CAT B office fit out projects and manage projects from inception to completion.

The Company

Construction consultants offering project and cost management services, with long standing clients and offices in the UK and abroad.

The Candidate

Project Manager in building construction industry.

• Chartered with RICS, CIOB or equivalent (highly desirable).
• Degree or MSc in a construction discipline (Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, etc.).
• Experience working with a UK-based construction consulting firm.
• Experience in CAT B office fit outs for large offices.
• Strong understanding of building process to engage clients at all stages.
• Stable work record.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident dealing with people at all levels.
