Project Manager

Overview

An emerging Design & Build Construction Management Company that collaborates with its sister company, a successful multi disciplinary Design Consultancy company. This enables them to offer a complete Design & Build Service, partnering with Public and Private Clients to take projects from pre planning through to turnkey finish all under one roof.

With a significant pipeline of work, they are quickly becoming one of Ireland's top Design & Build Group.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the delivery of a 200+ unit project in Drogheda, coordinating a team and overseeing project quality to ensure build quality meets expectations, confirming project costs are managed, prelims/packages are tightly controlled, and effectively working with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for the development.

Required Experience

• Further education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
• 10+ years' experience in the industry
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
• Maintain positive relationship with the client and on-site construction team
• Track record in managing site teams and sub-contractors
• Strong awareness of commercial elements of projects
• Must have full awareness of Irish Building Regulations
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Project (desirable)
• Must have full Irish driving licence
• Must hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
