Agri Business Projects Project Manager Overview 
Our client, a well-established organisation within the agri-food sector, is seeking a Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of business projects across agricultural and commercial operations.
This role will suit an experienced Project Manager who combines strong delivery capability with a genuine understanding of the agricultural sector. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives spanning operational improvement, technology implementation, commercial projects and business change activities.
A background in agribusiness, agriculture, farming, food production or related industries is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of business and operational projects across multiple functions.
- Lead project planning, delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and project meetings with business stakeholders.
- Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Support business change and operational improvement initiatives.
- Drive delivery across both business-focused and technology-enabled projects.
- Ensure project objectives are aligned with organisational priorities.
- Proven Project Management experience delivering business change, operational improvement or transformation projects.
- Experience working within agribusiness, agriculture, food production, farming, supply chain or related sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to operate effectively in changing and dynamic environments.
- Experience delivering software implementation, process improvement or operational change projects would be advantageous.
- Strong governance, planning and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of agricultural business operations and stakeholder groups.
- Practical, hands-on approach to delivery.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Able to build credibility quickly with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering business value.
Hybrid working model with regular onsite engagement required.
