Project Manager

Overview

Access Talent Group is working with a leading Irish engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead transportation and infrastructure projects from their Dublin or Dundalk offices.

Known for delivering high-quality, sustainable design and project management solutions, this consultancy offers a collaborative and professional environment where project managers can take ownership of key projects, develop their leadership skills, and advance their careers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of active travel, road, and transportation infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with clients, local authorities, contractors, and design teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing transportation or civil infrastructure projects within a consultancy or contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of Irish design standards, TII publications, and project delivery processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage project budgets, programmes, and reporting requirements.
• Chartership or working towards Chartership (advantageous).
