Project Manager

Cleantech Civils is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager and Site Engineer for a project in Co. Roscommon for the construction of a new control building. This role is key to ensuring the safe, efficient, and high quality delivery of construction works while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

• Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Lead and coordinate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress against programme and drive performance improvements where required

• Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Oversee implementation of RAMS, permits to work, and site safety systems
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of construction
• Ensure all inspections, testing, and documentation are completed and maintained
• Oversee the production of as built records and handover documentation

• Manage procurement processes, including material approvals and resource planning
• Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, variations, and financial performance
• Issue Early Warnings and manage CVIs in line with contract requirements

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Manage technical queries and design coordination effectively

• Min. Third level qualification (or equivalent)
