Join the team of the department & within the Cantonale Bank of Geneva (BCGE), an Authentic, Courageous bank, and as Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the projects entrusted to you, from needs analysis to production; primarily in the field of customer lifecycle and (ECM).Your missionsNeeds analysis: identify and understand the project's requirements, clearly define the scope, and build the project plan.Production of requirements: collect needs, validate them with the different stakeholders.Budget management: develop and monitor the project budget, ensuring the effectiveness of the allocated resources.Schedule management: plan, structure, and monitor the progress of the project, ensuring deadlines are met and adjusting the schedule according to contingencies and priorities.Governance and execution: establish a solid governance framework, coordinate teams, and drive project execution.Risk management and problem resolution: identify risks and propose solutions to resolve issues that arise during production preparation: prepare and organize the production launch (including testing), validate prerequisites to ensure a smooth transition to the operating environment and change management: produce support materials to adapt processes and assist stakeholders in the transition and support: produce quality support materials for various instances, ensuring to maintain a complete project overview (monitoring, processes): identify potential levers for the company and formulate/implement their execution plan project performance: define and monitor key metrics to measure the progress and success of the project and sharing best practices: work as a team to improve overall functioning, share best practices, and optimize tools, contribute to a positive work environment profilePreferably 8-10 years of experience in managing complex digital and non-digital projects and ideally related to the customer lifecycle and mastery of continuous improvement techniques: knowledge of project management methodologies analytical skills: ability to produce precise analyses and knowledge of the Swiss banking sector and its regulatory framework.Quick learner and adaptable to new challenges.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management committees.Ability to simplify complex issues.Ability to interact with IT teams and understand technical challenges.Ability to write clearly and concisely.Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances.Resilience to stress and ability to prioritize tasks.Understanding of business challenges and new technologies: ability to identify opportunities and bring an innovative approach.Resource management: ability to manage resources and lead a team mastery of French and English: proficiency in German is a plus employment conditionsWork rate: 100%Type of contract: indefinite location of work: GenevaStart date: as soon as possibleWant to know more about BCGE as an employer?Visit our Careers page. jid0025fddaen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
