Job Description

Glocomms are partnering with an IT consultancy that are looking for a Project Manager on a long term freelance mission. This role is part of the Data Division within the Finance and Administrative Department, specifically in the "Dataraf & Operational Usage Zone" team. The team plays a key role in the organization's data platform, delivering operational data to users (e.g., 360 customer insights). It is a central player in the company's data-centric strategy, aiming to maximize the value of data by storing, harmonizing, and accelerating access across various business units.


Contract Length: 12 months (3 month rolling contract)

Location: Ecully - 2 days per week in the office

Languages: French and English

Start Date: ASAP


Mission Objectives & Deliverables:

We are looking for a Project Manager with:

  • A strong, structured project management methodology.
  • Proven experience in implementing Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

As part of an Agile team, the Project Manager will:

  • Maintain a comprehensive view of all ongoing work, ensuring consistency and adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Complement the Scrum Master by facilitating inter-team collaboration, organizing workshops to resolve blockers, and aligning stakeholders.
  • Address and follow up on issues and alerts raised by the team.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and potential challenges in collaboration with the team.
  • Report on project progress with tailored communication.
  • Contribute to and draft project documentation (user stories, meeting minutes, production timelines, etc.).
  • Participate in all project ceremonies and governance meetings.
  • Manage project budgets and workload planning.
