Overview
As a Project Manager at dyvenia, you will be part of the Delivery team supporting the planning, coordination and the execution of projects. The project managers work with the technical teams to continuously improve the internal processes and way of working, support creating and adoption of templates, facilitate communication and ensure alignment with Agile PMO frameworks (Scrum / Kanban / Waterfall) and timelines for the world's biggest organizations.
What will you do at dyvenia?
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders;
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences activities needed to successfully complete the project;
- Change management: educate the team on quality standards and ensure agreed strategies are being followed and implemented in the teams
- Manage and coordinate project team activities, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to timelines;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation meet project needs;
- Monitor and manage resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle;
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize impacts;
- Proactively address issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems;
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
- Support Tech Lead with estimation of project activities;
- Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality expectations;
- Communication and Stakeholder Management;
- Communicate project to stakeholders by facilitating regular calls, send regular reports (status, progress, and issues) and ability to raise risks risks with appropriate context;
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as schedules, status reports and project charters;
- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
What will you need to be successful in the role?
- Experience in this position ideally in an outsourcing company for 3 or more years;
- Knowledge of best practices, processes and Software Development Life Cycle;
- Analytical mindset for identifying and proposing optimal solutions based on customer needs and company profitability;
- Good track record of being a fast learner, solutions-oriented and able to work within agreed upon timelines;
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality;
- Advanced English level (reading, verbal and written)
- Most important soft skills: responsibility, proactivity, open-minded
Not required, but valued:
Fluent in Spanish both orally and in writing
Experience with IT or analytics projects
Experienced in working with and configuaring project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc).
Knowledge of any data visualization tools
Have good presentation skills (power point)
Scrum Certification
Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or higher) is an asset, showcasing expertise in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
