FINN Partners is seeking a Project Manager

FINN Partners is looking for a Project Manager who will create project plans and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standards. As a key player, you'll manage client expectations, gather feedback, and collaborate closely with the Account team to ensure the success of each project.

Where will you work?

This role is based in our London office. Whether remote or in-office, you will have regular 1:1 check-ins, reviews, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Pay close attention to detail in projects and communication.
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions with clients and team members.
• Serve as the communication hub for project teams, partners, vendors, and clients.
• Produce clear, organized, and actionable documents and correspondence, including QA, status updates, and time reports.
• Be adept at problem-solving and know when to seek help.
• Understand client business and project management systems.
• Follow agency processes and workflows using established systems.
• Schedule and facilitate internal and external meetings with prepared agendas and necessary information.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager in an agency or similar setting is helpful.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• A degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
