The Project Manager will lead technically challenging projects in Lewisham, specializing in healthcare. As a senior site leader, they will oversee project delivery, including financial performance with support from the QS.
The role involves coordinating all aspects of the Contract, Preconstruction, Design, Procurement, and Build phases to meet client expectations. The Project Manager will adhere to all relevant SOPs and SISK HSEQS policies, and will manage the Project Execution Plan (PEP), seeking opportunities to add value and improve profitability.

Responsibilities- Prepare project programme, method statements, and submissions.
- Develop the contract programme, collaborating with the Estimating Department during bidding.
- Ensure the Health, Safety & Environmental plan and resources align with project scope and schedule, including temporary works.
- Instruct the QS on major expenditure items such as plant and accommodation.
- Chair start-up and production meetings, working with the Regional Director to allocate skilled team members.
- Lead all aspects of the Project Team functions: PEP, Risk & Commercial Success, Financials, Processes, HSEQS, Stakeholder Management, Project Administration, Design Management, and Project Close Out.
- Manage consultant and subcontract design delivery, including BIM strategy implementation.
- Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan.
- Strong knowledge of Design and Build JCT and NEC3 contracts, with familiarity in BREEAM/LEED standards.
- Experience in healthcare projects is desirable.
- Typically, 7+ years in relevant sectors or delivery of 2-3 projects across industries.
- Proven end-to-end Programme Management experience.
- Commercial awareness and people management skills.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Construction-related academic or professional qualification, ideally chartered.
- Certifications: CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS.
- Knowledge of BBS, Root Cause Analysis, S5, Q10 workshops, Planning, Temporary Works, PEP, and Contracts Management.
