Purpose We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist the

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, with a major focus on driving the T24 TPH Implementation project.
  • Prepare TPH Implementation Strategy, approach, and plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as Business, Operations, Technology, and implementation partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and review sessions with business stakeholders, managing feedback loops.
  • Gather business requirements from relevant units, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and translatable into functional specifications that meet user needs and are fit for purpose.
  • Produce necessary documentation to support the delivery of changes, ensuring effective solutions from developers.
  • Write software specifications, applying usability principles and best practices to enhance user interfaces.
  • Manage vendors and third-party contributors, assist developers in issue resolution, and ensure solutions meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present management reports regularly, highlighting project status, risks, dependencies, and issues, with risk mitigation strategies in place.
  • Collaborate with the Test Team to develop test cases, assist in testing, and manage defects and reporting.
  • Support technology teams in analyzing and resolving user-raised issues, providing detailed information to developers when needed.
  • Train and guide users on how T24 functions and can be utilized in daily operations.
  • Investigate problems independently and with teams to bring issues to resolution.
  • Provide accurate effort estimates for functional specifications.
  • Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix for projects.
  • Develop and deliver presentations internally and externally as needed.
  • Offer business analyst support, investigating issues, providing information, and solving problems.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, audit points, and compliance requirements.
  • Promote data awareness, highlighting data quality issues and governance best practices.
  • Lead gap analysis resolution and support process change initiatives.

Experience:

  • Extensive experience as a T24 Functional Consultant (8-10+ years).
  • Experience with T24 R18 and above.
  • Prior involvement in T24 upgrade or re-implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of T24 modules such as AA, Lending, Accounts, Deposits, TPH, Temenos Payments, Faster Payments, Migrations, Accounting, and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Understanding of project management, process mapping, and SDLC.
  • Hands-on banking operations experience, especially in corporate and retail banking.
  • Product knowledge in Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments & Clearing; experience with Data Migration, Client Onboarding, and Accounting is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure domains including networks, databases, and end-user computing.
  • Techno-functional background with banking domain expertise.
  • Experience working in consulting or financial services sectors.
