Project Manager - Senior Consultant (12 months) in London, hybrid 2-3 days onsite, IR35 PAYE umbrella contract.
SummaryAs a Project Manager, you will drive the success of a client's R&D Managed Service, ensuring seamless delivery of critical initiatives that support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Apply experience in highly regulated environments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Amplify.
- Collaborate closely with the client's stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Provide regular progress updates and effectively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry.
- Strong background in consulting, with a proven track record of delivering projects for clients.
- Expertise in Agile project management methodologies and an ability to adapt to client needs.
- Familiarity with project management tools, including Smartsheet and Amplify.
- Claude AI experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex information into actionable plans.
- A team oriented mindset and ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
- A passion for driving change and delivering high quality results in a fast paced environment.
