Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Experience
- Formal training or certification in Project Management.
- Strong background in business management and project delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects in a Project Manager role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate third-party consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience delivering consulting services within an engineering consultancy or multi-disciplinary environment.
- Sound understanding of commercial management and industry-standard contract frameworks such as FIDIC, NEC, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, including concept design, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, and testing.
- Knowledge of the planning and regulatory approval process within the Republic of Ireland.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Chartered Engineer (or actively progressing toward Chartered/Incorporated Engineer status) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or working toward obtaining it.
- At least six years of project management experience within renewable energy or comparable infrastructure sectors, including experience performing the PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) role.
- Strong business development capabilities with a proven record of winning and growing client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to diverse project responsibilities and collaborative working environments.
