Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery on two major pharmaceutical construction projects in Ireland. The initial assignment will be a 4-6 month project in Tralee, followed by a 2-year project in Limerick. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in roofing and cladding systems, along with proven leadership in fast-paced site environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages


• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery


• Monitor project progress, budgets, and safety compliance


• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues


• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards


• Maintain site documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with roofing/cladding focus


• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments


• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site


• Safe Pass and relevant certifications required
