Job Description
Project Manager - HR Tech & Process Improvement Focus 
A global training and enablement consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on HR technology and process optimisation. This role will report into the People Ops & Culture Lead and partner closely with the People Operations Generalist to deliver foundational improvements across systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the optimisation and full utilisation of HR platforms including BambooHR, Culture Amp, Fixer.ai, and payroll integrations
- Drive automation of manual processes and support the globalisation of payroll operations, including EOR systems
- Collaborate with FinOps and other teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment (e.g. HMRC, contracts)
- Document processes and deliver training and handover to the People Operations Generalist for long-term ownership
- Communicate tech changes clearly to the wider business and support adoption
- Experienced in HRIS platforms, automation, and operational HR
- Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, sustainable solutions
- Strong communicator with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
- Commercially aware and able to balance innovation with business needs
- Consulting background preferred, but not essential
- Reports into: People Ops & Culture Lead
- Start Date: November
- Salary: £50 - 60k (pro rata),depending on experience and impact
- Duration: 3 - 6 months (contract or part-time shared role within FinOps)
- Location: Remote, infrequent in-person events
