Project Manager - EU SECRET Personnel Security Clearance (PSC)

CLIENT LOCATION: Brussels Belgium

DURATION: 6-12months + (Possibility for Extension)

WORK PATTERN: HYBRID 3 Days a Week Onsite

PAY RATE: Euros 700 EURO/Day (Negotiable)

We are currently seeking (2) profiles for a Project Manager role supporting our Client in Brussels.

Mandatory Requirements (Knock-Out Criteria):

• EU-27 nationals only.
• Ideally no dual nationality with non-EU countries.
• Candidates must be willing to work substantially on-site at the client's premises Brussels (minimum 3 days per week expected; potentially more depending on operational needs).
• Candidates must hold an active EU SECRET Personnel Security Clearance (PSC), or the clearance request must have been submitted to the relevant National Security Authority (NSA) prior to onboarding, with supporting evidence available.

Professional Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within defence, government, public sector, international organisations, or financial services environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in information systems security.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment.
• Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, planning, and organisational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Desirable Qualifications:

• PRINCE2 and/or PM² certification.
• Information security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, or equivalent

• This is a challenging search due to the combination of project management experience, security expertise, clearance requirements, and on-site presence expectations. We encourage you to prioritize candidates who already meet the clearance and sector-experience criteria.
