Project Manager - Aviation

A leading international multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Aviation team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in infrastructure delivery to take a leading role on complex aviation and critical infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally.

The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative team delivering high-profile projects for major aviation clients, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Projects

• Airport technology and operational infrastructure projects
• Asset upgrade and capital improvement programmes
• Critical infrastructure projects within live airport environments
• Large-scale multidisciplinary aviation developments
• Complex infrastructure projects across Ireland and overseas
• Projects involving close coordination with contractors, consultants and operational stakeholders

Role

• Leading the successful delivery of aviation and infrastructure projects
• Managing internal and external project teams to ensure project performance
• Maintaining day-to-day communication with clients, consultants and contractors
• Managing project risk, cost, change and programme delivery
• Supporting the implementation of digital and innovative project management tools
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members within the project team
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme timelines and client expectations

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or similar
• 10+ years' experience delivering infrastructure projects, ideally within aviation or complex infrastructure environments
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Proven background in project delivery and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional accreditation such as Chartered Engineer, Chartered Membership or equivalent is highly desirable
• Must be based in Ireland or eligible to work in Ireland

Salary & Benefits
