This is a remote, UK based position, the successful candidate would be able to visit our London office on occasion.

About The Role

We're looking for a dynamic, strategic, and creative Team Lead to guide our passionate group of Project Managers. This role goes beyond project oversight, you'll be shaping the way we deliver unforgettable gifting experiences, setting the standard for campaign excellence, and driving efficiency across the board.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and inspire a small team of Project Managers, setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and ensuring high standards are consistently met
  • Oversee the execution of innovative, bespoke gifting campaigns and unboxing experiences that delight clients and deliver on brand, audience, and business goals
  • Provide strategic direction; set team priorities, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in process, execution, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor team performance using data and reporting tools; evaluate campaign success, identify trends, and use insights to improve team operations and client outcomes
  • Streamline and improve workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing smart, scalable processes
  • Support the team in managing full campaign lifecycles from ideation to fulfillment, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and speed, working alongside Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to resolve issues and ensure customer trust
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to optimize how we work, from product & design to logistics & CX
  • Stay hands-on when needed, jumping into projects or problem-solving alongside your team, you're a player-coach, not just a manager
  • Advocate for our Saas Gifting Platform the other services we offer - Project Management, Landing Pages & Store Portals and guide your team to be our customers trusted advisors in all areas
  • Help shape the future of our team and culture by being a collaborative, adaptable leader who's not afraid to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment
About You
  • Have previous experience managing and mentoring a team, ideally within project/account management, marketing, merchandising, or creative operations
  • Be comfortable thinking big-picture, able to drive team vision while zooming into the day-to-day when needed
  • Excel in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at once
  • Be a natural problem-solver and decision-maker, capable of managing both internal challenges and external client demands with composure and clarity
  • Be fluent in project management tools & methodologies (experience with Asana is a plus), and confident navigating CRMs, reporting dashboards, and other SaaS platforms
  • Use data to guide decisions, evaluate creativity, and report on campaign and team performance
  • Understand how to scale creative processes while maintaining quality, brand alignment, and innovation
  • Have a solid grasp of ordering, process and fulfillment systems, experience with WMS or similar platforms is a bonus
  • Possess working knowledge of custom branding/decoration processes, print file formats, and swag production timelines
  • Be an empathetic, thoughtful, and approachable leader who genuinely enjoys coaching others and collaborating cross-functionally
