Job Description

We are seeking a PMO Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support project quality across the Carey Olsen group. You will ensure projects follow the Project Management Framework, meet standards and deadlines, and are evidenced in the Governance Control Register.

The role can be based in Jersey or Southampton.

Key duties:
  • Overseeing the project portfolio
  • Supporting project teams
  • Managing project gates and audits
  • Leading PMO improvements
  • Owning frameworks and reporting
  • Supporting finance and resource planning
Skills:
  • 3+ years' project-environment experience
  • Strong governance/admin skills
  • MS Office and Teams/SharePoint
  • Excellent organisation and communication
  • P3O Foundation or equivalent
