Project Lead

Are you a hands-on project leader ready to drive high-impact initiatives in a regulated environment? Starting in September, we're looking for a Freelance Project Lead to deliver key engineering projects for a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector - with an assignment running at least until the end of the year.

You will work as a Freelance MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharma industry.

Job Description:

• Lead and support engineering projects (e.g., facility modifications) within a regulated, GMP-compliant environment.
• Design technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Prepare and communicate technical specifications, plans, and documentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in collaboration with HSE teams.
• Support testing and validation activities to verify project deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in project engineering.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years of experience independently leading technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and detail-driven.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
