Project Engineering Leader - BiopharmaYour missions:- Lead engineering projects from design to execution (costs, scheduling, quality, risks)- Manage phases of basic and detailed engineering with a good process vision- Coordinate a team of internal engineers and/or engineering companies during the design and execution phases- Supervise technical activities and ensure the overall consistency of the proposed solutions- Consolidate and review techniques (URS, techniques, with stakeholders and management)- Ensure alignment with project standards, safety, quality, and GMPProfile sought:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (Switzerland or equivalent)- 5 to 7 years minimum experience leading projects in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry- Experience in a GMP/highly regulated environment- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and engineering partners- Knowledge of models: EPC / EPCM- Professional proficiency in French and English jidaen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
