Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road chemical manufacturing facility, we are seeking two Project Engineers with experience in E&I, Mechanical, or Process engineering to join our Project Management Team. These roles involve overseeing project scoping, design, cost estimation, and execution of capital projects, acting as subject matter experts in your field.

- Collaborative team environment within the Australian Agchem industry
- Manage tender processes, ensuring resource engagement within budget and timelines
- Prepare plans, resources, and contractor arrangements for CAPEX projects
- Supervise contractors and coordinate project activities
- Review and validate project installations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and equipment standards
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC), Hazops, and safety requirements
- Promote continuous improvement using RCA to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
- Maintain best practice standards for installations
- Assist in project scope and estimate preparation with engineering input
- Monitor budget and schedule compliance, track project trends
- Incorporate Reliability Centered Maintenance, Six Sigma, and other methodologies in project design and execution
- Optimize total cost of ownership balancing lifecycle and installation costs
- Document modifications and maintenance data in asset management systems
- Complete project closeouts and handovers to operations
You are tertiary qualified in Engineering with extensive experience in manufacturing equipment reliability, RCA, FMEA, and RCM. You possess a scientific problem-solving approach, data-driven decision-making skills, and thrive in a team environment with initiative and self-motivation.
