Are you ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a dynamic Project Engineer to deliver top-notch engineering projects and support our business goals.

• Part of a leading European dairy company with over 31,000 employees.

• Work within our Müller Milk & Ingredients (MMI) business unit, part of a central engineering team across six flagship locations.

What You'll Do:

• Be a Partner: Collaborate with Site Directors to drive capital investments.
• Deliver Projects: Lead projects in capacity growth, automation, net zero, site resilience, and infrastructure.
• Shape the Future: Drive transformative change with a well-funded 5-year plan.
• Own the Process: Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring governance and efficiency.
• Health & Safety: Ensure projects adhere to health and safety standards and GMP.
• Flexible Leadership: Support our multi-site network and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Driver's licence is essential as travel across our UK sites will be expected.
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or relevant qualifications.
• Experience in project engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Passion for dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality.
