They are seeking ahighly skilled and motivated Project Engineerto join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who can bridge the gap betweendesign and execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients daily to understand their project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Providetechnical supportwhile maintaining clear communication with the client's project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Work across multiple engineering disciplines, coordinating efforts betweenclients, contractors, and internal teamsto address design, engineering, and implementation challenges.
  • Assist clients in developingproject objectives, scopes of work, schedules, and bid packages, while supporting the purchasing team with technical expertise.
  • Manage essential contract documents, includingRFIs, addenda, change orders, and construction drawings.
  • Identify and resolvedesign and engineering challenges, providing leadership during installation, commissioning, and operation phases.
  • Ensurecompliance with industry codes, QA/QC policies, safety regulations, and performance standardsthroughout the project lifecycle.
  • Safely travel toindustrial and manufacturing facilities, performing hands-on work that may include climbing stairs, ladders, and navigating elevated platforms.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical)from anABET-accredited institution.
  • 5-10 years of experiencein engineering and design, with a background in project management.
  • Ability toself-manage small projects, collaborate effectively within a team, or take the lead on larger initiatives.
  • Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience inbudgeting, cost management, and schedulingto meet project milestones.
  • Proficiency inAutoCAD, REVIT, and project management software.
  • Must be aU.S. citizen or permanent resident.
  • Prior experience inconsulting and constructionis a plus.
  • Familiarity withcapital project development and the FEL processis highly desirable.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Virginia, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity, is a plus.
