Job Requirements
  • Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience in design or project engineering roles
  • Experience in project reporting, presentations, and technical surveys
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and design rules
  • Experience with RFQs, technical documentation, and presentations
  • Knowledge of aerospace codes and requirements (beneficial)
  • Understanding of aerospace and interconnect product design (beneficial)
  • Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Catia
Additional Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will lead or support engineering development projects aligned with Safran's strategy and market needs. Key duties include ensuring timely delivery of projects, managing customer requirements, designing technical proposals, and KPI reporting.

Project Management Duties
  • Define project objectives with relevant managers
  • Create and manage work packages for project deliverables
  • Support project reporting through data and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor project plans
  • Incorporate lessons learned for process improvements
  • Identify and manage project risks
