Belgium (site visits required) Full-time Hybrid work

Help drive the expansion and renovation of industrial and office sites across Belgium and France.

Your Role

You lead construction projects from start to finish:

• Analyse project needs and define scope, planning, and budget.
• Draft technical specs, request quotes, and select contractors.
• Supervise execution, conduct regular site visits, and coordinate with site managers.
• Finalise project documentation and ensure timely handover.
• Report directly to the Head of Infrastructure.

Projects range from new buildings and office extensions to parking lots and technical renovations.

Your Profile

• Degree in construction or technical engineering.
• At least one relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Hands-on, structured, and self-driven.
• Mobile across Belgium, ideally based between Bruges-Roeselare-Tournai or Kortrijk-Mons.
• Knowledge of Autocad is a strong plus.
