We've looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for a highly sought after, specialist Construction Consultancy based in the East Midlands. This will be a key role for the hiring client, being responsible for shaping the service delivery for public sector projects and delivering high profile work. You will work within a highly successful, collaborative team of construction professionals across both Project Management and Cost Consultancy.

At Project Director level, the successful candidate will bring extensive experience in public sector infrastructure and built environment projects delivered for local government. Extensive pre contract experience is essential, as is a good understanding of the planning process, design, procurement and construction. You will manage governance, project set up on complex schemes, stakeholders and will be in a high profile client facing role from the outset.
