About the role As Project Director , you'll: Lead a dedicated team to deliver multi-disciplinary major projects on behalf of Anglian Water. Shape the delivery strategy, from feasibility through design, procurement, and construction. Build and empower a high-performing client and supply chain team, ensuring alignment to Anglian Water's values and performance expectations. Drive safe, sustainable, and innovative delivery - balancing schedule, cost, quality and environmental performance. Work closely with senior leaders across Anglian Water, our Alliances and the supply chain to ensure effective governance, assurance and handover into operationsThese projects will include major wastewater treatment and supply enhancements, and network strengthening schemes that are critical to regional resilience. About you We're looking for an inspiring and collaborative leader who can bring clarity and purpose to complex programmes. You'll bring: Extensive experience directing large-scale infrastructure or capital delivery programmes (typically £100m+) A track record in strategic planning, procurement, and stakeholder management across multi-partner environments. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of NEC contract delivery models. Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams - aligning technical excellence, innovation, and shared accountability.
