Project Development Manager
- You will manage the full project development lifecycle, from greenfield stage to construction readiness, ensuring all required permits and authorisations are secured.
- Collaborate with Legal and Engineering teams to ensure full regulatory compliance and optimise project layouts.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring costs and maintaining financial control throughout the development phase.
- Review and oversee technical and legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with budget and project specifications.
- Support the construction handover process, maintain clear communication with authorities, and manage reporting to stakeholders.
Support the Land Acquisition Manager
- You will work closely with the Land Acquisition Manager to identify and assess suitable land for PV and agrivoltaic projects across central Spain.
- Engage with land brokers and mediators to secure strategically located sites.
- Lead negotiations on land agreements, service contracts, and grid interconnection terms.
- Conduct environmental and constraints screenings to evaluate the feasibility of proposed sites.
- Coordinate with the Compliance Department to carry out background checks on landowners and third-party stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics
- High level of spoken and written English
- Previous experience in a Power/ Renewable Energies/ PV developer company
- Knowledge of the PV sector, regulations and policies in Spain
