What you will do
  • Supporting project activities by organising meetings, updating schedules, and maintaining accurate project and portfolio records.

  • Communicating updates and decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders to support effective delivery.

  • Maintaining documentation and ensuring all project related information is accurate, up to date, and accessible across the wider portfolio.

  • Assisting with onboarding tasks for new starters, including updating personal information and aligning individuals to roles.

  • Helping to improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to practical, continuous improvement solutions, including updates to tools and ways of working.

  • Organisation & Time Management: Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and keep project and portfolio information well structured and up to date.

  • Attention to Detail: Produces accurate documentation, maintains reliable project data, and spots issues early.

  • Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Takes a practical approach to improving processes, workflows, and the tools/templates that support project delivery.

What You May Have
  • Genuine curiosity about project coordination, maintaining project data, and helping develop or improve tools and templates.

  • A basic understanding of how production or factory environments operate and the pace they work at.

  • Comfortable using Outlook and Excel, with enthusiasm for learning new planning tools, portfolio trackers, or project systems.

  • A positive, can do attitude with readiness to take on new responsibilities, especially around planning, data organisation, and enhancing tools or processes.
