Project Architect - Living Sector Altrincham, Brighton

Our Living sector team designs living accommodation for all facets of the residential sector, working for the full range of public, private and third sector organisations, ranging from high rise apartment buildings, through to low rise family housing schemes. Our reputation is particularly strong at a national level across the later living sector, designing buildings for care, extra care and retirement.
We are looking to expand the team with an experienced Project Architect. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in residential or care projects with excellent client management skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design and project delivery across all RIBA stages.
- Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure programme milestones are met with confidence and clarity.
- Minimum 5 years' post qualification experience.
- Proven track record in residential or care design and delivery.
- Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills.
- Confident in client facing roles and leading meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different RIBA Workstages.
- Early finish and work from home every Friday.
