The University of Lincoln is the academic partner of 'Team Fisher', the consortium of partners led by Capita Plc which was awarded the 'Selborne' contract to deliver transformational training and education to the Royal Navy in 2021. The University's dedicated Project Team is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of Selborne.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of academic programmes delivered in partnership with Team Fisher organisations.
The RoleYou will provide high-quality administrative support across the full student journey, from enrolment through to graduation. This includes coordinating student records, supporting assessment processes, and ensuring compliance with University procedures.
You will work closely with academic colleagues, professional services staff and external partners, helping to ensure the smooth running of programmes and maintaining strong relationships across the project.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting student enrolment, records, and data management
- Coordinating assessment processes and academic boards
- Organising meetings and preparing documentation
- Managing travel arrangements and general project administration
- Acting as a key contact for enquiries from staff, students, and stakeholders
You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. You'll be confident working independently, using your initiative to resolve issues and improve processes, while escalating where required.
Experience in administration is essential, ideally within a higher education or student focused environment. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are also key.
