We are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Engineering Project Team.

You'll work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful improvements, and play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

As a Project Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the project team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What We're Looking For

You'll be a highly organised and detail-focused individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role (ideally in project, engineering, or operational settings)
  • Experience creating and formatting professional reports and documentation
  • A solid understanding of business processes and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
It Would Be Great If You Have
  • Experience with document management or database systems
  • Knowledge of project processes, governance, procurement, or contractor management
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience contributing to process or workplace improvements
  • A-Level (or equivalent) in Business, IT, or English
  • Microsoft Office or document control certifications
