Overview 
Project Administrator - Surveying Consultancy
An exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Administrator.
A diligent project administrator is required to support the Quantity Surveying team, based in Hatfield a short walking distance from the train station. The Project Administrator will support a small friendly team operating in a fast paced, professional environment.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Processing financial submissions from contractors
- Preparing and issuing certificates for payment
- Running cost tracking software
- Final accounts, including tracking and issuing weekly updates
- Quote requests / quote checks / processing orders
- Updating financial trackers - Excel
- Processing cost variations - checking sums / rates
- Setting up scoping documents
- Setting up analysis documents
Ideally our Project Administrator will have:
- Competency in the use of Excel, ideally day-to-day experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong numerical skills
- Good IT skills and computer literacy
- Good organisation and time management
- Knowledge of construction projects - desirable but not essential
