Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Administrator to join Central London Forward within the City of London Corporation, based at Guildhall (EC2). This role supports the London Connect to Work Programme and other initiatives such as the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of large-scale programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including boroughs, the Greater London Authority (GLA), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and other partners.
  • Support the Contract Manager by analysing performance data, producing monthly reports, maintaining trackers, and updating the project risk register.
  • Provide administrative support in relation to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist the compliance and risk team with administrative tasks, including collecting, managing, and retaining documentation in line with guidelines.
  • Support Contract Managers in responding to internal and external queries relating to the contract.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for meetings and events, including booking venues, managing diaries, circulating materials, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Produce performance reports and pivot tables to support Contract Managers in meetings and decision making.
  • Actively implement the City of London's Occupational Health and Safety Policy, ensuring due regard for the health and safety of yourself and others at all times.
  • Actively promote and implement the City of London's Equal Opportunities Policy in carrying out all duties.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally supporting large scale programmes or projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience of analysing data and producing reports, including strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables).
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, including external partners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.

£33,000 to £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
