Programme Manager - Logistics Transformation (Contract)

Benelux or UK (London preferred) | 6-month Initial | Long-Term Programme | Travel Required - French Speaking ideally

Talent Today are proud to be partnering exclusively with a major European logistics organisation undergoing a multi-year digital and operational transformation. We are supporting them in the search for a hands-on Programme Manager to drive a complex portfolio of work across IT, infrastructure, security, warehousing and logistics applications.

This is a hybrid role where you'll move between project delivery and programme leadership, helping shape and execute a transformation that spans multiple countries, stakeholders and warehouses.

What You'll Be Delivering
  • Lead and coordinate a multi-workstream transformation programme across IT, infrastructure, IT security, applications and warehousing technologies.

  • Manage the initial analysis/fit-gap phases, then guide multiple workstreams into full execution.

  • Oversee the integration of logistics systems, including WMS activities expected to run over several years.

  • Provide structure, governance, planning and reporting across the full programme.

  • Work directly with senior business and IT stakeholders across Europe.

  • Flex between hands-on project management and programme-level oversight depending on the phase and workload.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in logistics, ideally warehousing and transport.

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional programmes (IT + operations).

  • Excellent communicator who can engage senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Delivery-driven mindset - someone who can roll up their sleeves but also operate strategically.

  • Experience in healthcare logistics is a bonus.

  • Comfortable working across IT infrastructure, security, and applications (you don't need to be a WMS/TMS expert).

Location & Travel
  • Based in Benelux or the UK (London preferred).

  • French language skills are a nice-to-have.

  • Regular travel to Belgium, and various warehouse sites across Europe.

  • Onsite expectation: 1-2 days every other week, plus milestone travel.

  • Travel and expenses fully covered.

Contract & Engagement
  • Initial 6-month contract, with extensions likely

  • Market-conform rates depending on experience

Why This Role?

You'll be at the heart of a major European logistics transformation, shaping systems, processes, and technology for years to come. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy both high-level delivery and hands-on execution, this is a standout opportunity.
