What You'll Be Doing

• Leading end to end delivery of a complex retail programme, ensuring alignment across technology, trading, and operations
• Defining and managing programme roadmaps, timelines, and priorities in line with business and seasonal demands
• Coordinating cross functional teams including retail, compliance, payments, and engineering
• Managing risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple delivery streams
• Reporting progress and key insights to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of delivery outcomes
• Driving improvements in delivery maturity, predictability, and flow based metrics
• Supporting both Agile and Waterfall delivery where required, ensuring the right approach is used for the context
• Leading teams and vendors, creating alignment, and maintaining momentum across the programme

What You Bring

• Proven experience delivering large scale programmes within retail or regulated, customer facing environments
• Strong understanding of retail operations, trading cycles, and compliance driven delivery
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level while remaining hands on when needed
• A structured, outcome focused mindset with strong problem solving capability
• Experience driving delivery and continuous improvement
