We're now looking for a Programme Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of our most ambitious client initiatives - ensuring projects are aligned, outcomes are achieved, and innovation is delivered at pace.


The Role

As a Programme Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact AI programmes across Defence working with 3 of our key clients. You will:

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with client goals and strategic objectives.
  • Drive programme planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting. We run a fast lean ship so not looking for reports for the sake of it!
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and delivery teams to ensure progress and cohesion.
  • Monitor outcomes, manage interdependencies, and proactively address risks and blockers. Work with our clients to foresee them given your past experience and to manage it effectively.
  • Lead on change management, adoption strategies, and client engagement across the programme lifecycle.


What We're Looking For

We're looking for a natural organiser and communicator who thrives in complexity and can keep teams focused on the outcome. You should have:

  • Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary programmes in a consultancy or fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Familiarity with technology projects (AI, automation, data-driven products). This is preferred but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A structured approach to planning and delivery, with flexibility to pivot when needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or P3 express delivery environments.
  • Exposure to Defence, security, or regulated sectors.
  • SC clearance is a must
