Programme Director (ideally with Gen AI, Systems integration, Insurance) 6-12 months - Dublin/remote
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the single point of contact for client leadership .
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives is met
- Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting.
Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
- Drive operational reviews, resource planning, and financial forecasting.
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure timely issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery management process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement to maintain strong relationships and facilitate project success.
- Provide strategic direction for projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align project outcomes with strategic objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.

- Demonstrate expertise in delivery management with a proven track record of successful project completion.

- Possess knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance domain to inform project strategies.
