Job Title: Programme Business Architect
Function:Supply Chain Modernisation - Business Integration
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid
Contract type: Permanent
Salary:Offered on a starting salary of £64,062.00 per annum with potential banding increments of up to £75,367 over three years. You will also be eligible for up to 15% annual bonus and an annual car allowance of £7,000

NHS Supply Chain currently has an opportunity for ato join our team during an exciting period of transformation, working to make it easier for the NHS to put patients first. The aim of the role is to act as a connector between programme strategy, delivery streams and operational functions, ensuring a unified, coherent and integrated business design across the organisation.
Every day you will- Develop and maintain a programme wide business design and capability model, ensuring alignment across people, process, systems and data into a cohesive future operating model
- Provide programme level design integration and oversight, identifying cross stream impacts, informing sequencing, and supporting strategic decision making
- Maintain a connection with the Central Business Architecture team, sharing best practice, aligning on relevant standards and ensuring architectural discipline is applied in a way that fits SCM's delivery needs
- Assess business readiness and operational impact, working closely with change, delivery and wider teams to ensure future state designs are realistic, understood and adoptable
- Lead and develop Business Analysts, ensuring high quality analysis, process mapping, requirements definition and design assurance aligned with programme expectations

What skills will help you thrive in this role?- Stakeholder Management/Relationship Building - Operating horizontally across the programme, supporting the Head of Business Design & Integration and collaborating with the wider team
- Significant experience in business architecture, business design or enterprise level transformation within large, complex transformation programmes; with demonstratable experience in roadmap development and transitioning into new operating models
- Expertise in capability based planning, operating model development and cross functional process mapping
- Strong understanding of ERP, digital systems and data architecture and how these underpin operational processes
- Navigating complex dependencies - this will help you with ensuring cohesion across future state designs
