Programmatic Manager

London (Hybrid)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programmatic Manager to join a fast-growing Out-of-Home media business as it continues to invest in and expand its digital and programmatic offering.

Working closely with the commercial team, you'll play a key role in managing, optimising and growing the company's programmatic advertising proposition. You'll collaborate with sales, operations, agency partners and clients to deliver high-performing campaigns while identifying new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage programmatic campaigns from activation through to reporting and optimisation.
  • Work across leading DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk and similar platforms.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • Produce detailed campaign reports, insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Support the sales team with programmatic opportunities, proposals and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, trading desks and technology partners.
  • Keep up to date with developments in programmatic advertising, digital media and the wider OOH market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and successfully.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMP deals and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) or digital media is advantageous.
