About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programmatic Manager to join a fast-growing Out-of-Home media business as it continues to invest in and expand its digital and programmatic offering.
Working closely with the commercial team, you'll play a key role in managing, optimising and growing the company's programmatic advertising proposition. You'll collaborate with sales, operations, agency partners and clients to deliver high-performing campaigns while identifying new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage programmatic campaigns from activation through to reporting and optimisation.
- Work across leading DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk and similar platforms.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing and performance to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Produce detailed campaign reports, insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Support the sales team with programmatic opportunities, proposals and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, trading desks and technology partners.
- Keep up to date with developments in programmatic advertising, digital media and the wider OOH market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and successfully.
- Experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, PMP deals and the programmatic ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) or digital media is advantageous.
