Programmatic Advertising Account Manager - Global Tech 
- 12-Month Contract Hybrid (Dublin)
- Salary : €85k - €92k pa
We are seeking a Strategic Publisher Partnerships Manager to work with leading newspaper, publishing and digital media partners, helping them maximise advertising revenue through programmatic advertising, ad technology and website monetisation strategies.
This role combines strategic account management, commercial partnership development and programmatic expertise, supporting publishers to grow revenue, optimise performance and unlock new opportunities across their digital properties.
Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key publishing and media partners.
- Identify opportunities to increase website advertising revenue and improve monetisation performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations on programmatic advertising and ad technology solutions.
- Analyse performance data, track key metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Drive account growth through opportunity and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner success and resolve business challenges.
- Conduct regular business reviews and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in publisher partnerships, digital advertising, ad tech, programmatic advertising, account management or digital media monetisation.
- Strong understanding of the publisher side of the programmatic ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Ad Exchange, SSPs, header bidding, PMP deals or yield optimisation.
- Proven experience managing strategic client or partner relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
