We are currently looking for a Program Integration Test Manager to lead and coordinate testing activities within a large-scale, complex IT program.

This role is focused on ensuring quality, stability, and alignment across multiple integrated systems, playing a critical role in digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.

️ Your Tasks

• Define and implement the integration testing strategy on a program level.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) test cycles.
• Manage a portfolio of 10 parallel testing initiatives, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
• Coordinate test managers, QA teams, program stakeholders, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
• Manage test environments and system dependencies.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and reporting artifacts.
• Oversee defect lifecycle management (identification, tracking, resolution).
• Ensure test coverage aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor risks and define mitigation strategies across the program.
• Report on testing progress, quality metrics, and key issues to stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Test Manager, ideally in integration or E2E testing contexts.
• Experience managing large-scale testing programs with multiple parallel initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB certification is a plus).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Solid understanding of system architectures and integrations (APIs, middleware, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills across distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP, ERP, or complex enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical background in development or QA automation.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca.
