Project Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior IT Program Manager to lead and oversee major cross-functional projects with organization-wide and client-facing impact. This role involves managing complex programs from concept to evaluation, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timing, and quality standards, while fostering innovation and continuous improvement

Key Skills:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management within the IT sector.
• Proficient in Planview, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise governance tools.
• ITIL Certified with at least 5 years of hands-on ITIL practice.
• SAFe Certified Consultant with an agile mindset (preferably in IBM environments).
• Certified in PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent project management methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote project management through positive and constructive networking.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve technical and non-technical conflicts.
• Facilitate operational effectiveness of project teams and stakeholders.
• Define and clarify roles and responsibilities within the project ecosystem.
• Continuously gather and act on customer feedback and change requests.
