Program Coordinator (Cloud Choice Design)

ManpowerGroup Ireland have an exciting new opportunity with our client SAP! This is a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension employed with ManpowerGroup Ireland.
This position is a Hybrid role based in Galway

As a member of the Cloud Choice Flex (CCFlex) Design Team you will be responsible for the following:

• Approval of program work flows and exception requests

• Evaluation of current program assets & materials

• Update existing content and work with design agency or internal teams to create any additional material needed

• Some assets may require more creative ownership than others

• Solicit feedback from regional stakeholders to ensure information is relevant and helpful

• Establish quarterly communication packet for internal stakeholders

• Manage external vendor relationship for content & materials

• General support of the Cloud Choice Design Team

Required skills:

• Strong communicator, verbal and written

• Experienced in PowerPoint, SharePoint maintenance

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time

• Comfortable communicating at all levels or the organization

• Willingness to learn and take on new projects/topics
