As an Professional Trustee, you'll bring your actuarial acumen to bear on the challenges faced by pension schemes, helping to ensure:

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an independent voice on trustee boards.
• Provide actuarial insights into funding, de risking, and valuation strategies.
• Oversee scheme governance, administration, and member communications.
• Collaborate with sponsors, advisers, and other trustees to secure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

We are seeking individuals with:

• Actuarial Expertise: A qualified pensions or investment actuary (FIA/FFA or equivalent) with substantial experience in DB schemes OR
• candidates with an equivalent pensions (PMI) or investment (CFA) qualification.
• Strategic Insight: Strong understanding of funding strategies, risk management, and pension regulations.
• Collaborative Approach: Ability to engage constructively with sponsors and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to Governance: A passion for ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance in pension scheme management.
