Professional Support Lawyer - Pensions - Bristol - 6+ Years PQE

Location: Bristol


Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with flexible and hybrid working options)


Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 (DOE)


The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high quality knowledge support to the Pensions team, contributing to both internal excellence and client service. Your responsibilities include:



  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing the team's knowledge systems and resources

  • Providing technical support on pensions law, regulation, tax and industry developments

  • Preparing and delivering internal training, updates and learning materials

  • Supporting client work on areas such as automatic enrolment, public sector pensions, and pensions disputes

  • Collaborating with the wider cross firm PSL network and participating in regular PSL meetings and knowledge initiatives

  • Contributing to thought leadership, briefings and external publications


Candidate Requirements

  • 6+ years' PQE in pensions law

  • Experience of PSL type tasks, knowledge management or technical support

  • Strong analytical and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confidence in interpreting complex legislation and regulatory developments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a mature and well established knowledge culture

  • SRA registration
