For one of our clients, we are looking for a Professional Benefits Manager on a permanent basis, between 80% and 100%, based in the canton of Vaud. The successful candidate will join the Professional Benefits Management department. Professional Benefits Manager 80% - 100% (m/f) Our client is a reputable company active in insurance brokerage and benefits in Switzerland within the Professional Benefits Management department; advising and informing clients (insured individuals and/or employees) on all aspects related to benefits; responsible for all tasks related to the professional benefits of the insured, from their inception to their termination (processing home ownership encouragement, divorce in professional benefits, etc.); handling work incapacity cases in collaboration with the pension fund reinsurer and the client's human resources department; supporting the annual closing work, particularly between management and accounting with experts, actuaries, accountants, and lawyers; client reporting and management day-to-day activities. Profile of candidate: experience in benefits and/or insurance; 1-3 years of similar experience in the field of professional benefits in Switzerland; good knowledge of professional benefits; excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written; proficiency in German or English, both spoken and written is necessary; great rigor, service-oriented mindset, autonomy, and team spirit.
