Professional Indemnity Claims Specialist

IDEX Consulting in London is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity (PI) claims from notification through to settlement. The role requires strong technical knowledge of PI claims, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle a caseload efficiently while maintaining a commercial focus.

You will work closely with clients, solicitors, brokers, loss adjusters and other service providers to ensure effective claims handling in line with policy covers
